First interview was with HR and the second was with store manager and regional HR. Easy and friendly process. It took a week or two between interviews for feedback. Questions from second interview were kind of worded poorly.

The recruiter in the overall interview process was amazing. The preliminary interview with the recruiter was not difficult. Basic questions of past history and where I saw myself in 5 years. She then recommended me for an interview with the store managers and HRBP. I was given the salary range and was told that I was over the salary range. Based off the overall compensation package, I adjusted my base salary accordingly to fall within the salary range. The interview with the store manager and HRBP was very pleasurable. Personal and behavioral type questions were asked. The hiring team loved my experience and enjoyed my interview however, I was not offered the role because I was asking for the maximum salary on the salary range. They decided to go with someone else that was on the lower range.
