the interview process for any management position is a farce. They already know who they want in the position before even posting for interviews. When interviewing for another position, they ended up giving it to someone else who hadn't even applied/been interviewed. They then asked me to help train new management. I politely declined and began interviewing with other companies

Entrevista
I was actually interviewed by a store director at a different store I was to work at. This ok by me but it would have been nice to know up front this wasn't the location of employment and that I would be working st s separate location. The associate interviewing me and the wrong resume for the person he was interviewing. He was asking me questions regarding work history from someone else's resumrev(this should have been a red flag right there regarding what I was about to get into) I soon corrected him that he had the wrong resume and he found mine and we proceeded with basic interview question , work history and job responsibilities. I was contacted within a week to complete a background check which didn't take long and then contacted by the store I would be employed at , which was 31 miles from my house , not a big deal but I interviewed at a store 10 mins from my house and was never told where I was going to be working until I was offered the job at the store I would work at. Like I said not a big deal to me but to others this minor detail could determine if they take a job and save the company $$ by cutting down costs of running background checks etc on an employee who may want to work at certain location. I was offered a job and started 2 weeks later.
