Entrevista
It's a two part interview process with a manager (they use different titles than most) over a large area of the store, and the second is with one if the two top managers. The two who ran the store on the grocery side (Carl-Grocery, Ryan-Store) were absolutely two of the best people I've ever had the opportunity to work with and for. I was interviewed by a gentleman named Tim (dry or non-grocery mgr) and the second was Carl. Both are very easy to talk to, not intimidating whatsoever, but at the same time, k ow what to listen for in an employee who really values their worth. I was impressed with the place before I even got the job offer. Truly amazing people to work for.

Name a time you had a goal at work and failed to meet it. Then explain a little bit.
Clear and straight-forward. No issues schedule and quick turnaround. I enjoyed the process. I came in for an in-person interview after submitting my online application. After the interview process, I received feedback via email.

Entrevista
It was pretty standard. The manager in charge of the interview process went over the job description, went over my resume, and asked me some questions. They asked about the prior employment listed in my resume and asked basic questions like "How does your past job experience make you a good candidate for this position?" and "Why should I hire you?". In the end they ended up deciding to hire someone else, but it was nice that they took the time to explain why I wasn't chosen.

Imagine it's an incredibly busy day at the store with long lines at every register and the customer you've just started helping is upset and dissatisfied with their experience here. How would you handle the situation?
Basic questions about what you see in yourself and having to fill out a paper saying a challenge that you had to overcome and something that you felt accomplished of.
