have three interviewers. the interview is located in Chiba, Japan as they have another branch in Chiba. The place is quite convenient. The interviewer had a lot of questions on how you thinking and basically focus on our personal education and experience.

Telephone interview first and then F2F, Tried negotiating the offer, but didn't work out. It was good interview and talked to 5 different people on the same day. Offer process took 1 week after submitting payslips.
