I had a phone screen with HR first, then had a phone interview with a remote member of the client team I would be working on, then met in person with several of the senior leadership. I think they do behavioral interviewing, so there are no "right" or "wrong" answers to a lot of their questions.

3. In person interview with 2 people, they brought in 2 people after that (doesn't happen every time)
4. Phone interview
None of the interviews were hard, they asked the standard interview questions. They just want to know your experience and get a feel for your personality.
