Behavioral interview to gauge interest and fit for Medtronic. Interviewed with principle software engineer. Interviewer was very chill. Passed first round but was not chosen for final round (team-specific interview).
Pretty straightforward. I got an interview around October, it was both behavioral and technical. Then most get a second more technical interview. That's about it. They emphasize the STAR method a lot though.
