Had a phone screen with the functional HR acquisition person. Twice she scheduled times to call me and didn't call. Once there was a follow up with email and once not, just no call. Finally on the 3rd try we connected and the conversation was somewhat awkward. It was as if she was multi-tasking while we were talking, not paying full attention. Overall a bad first impression for me as a prospective employee. Never made it to another round of interviews past this screening.
