The hiring managers were not prepared for the interview and did not check their resumes. Also, they were not able to handle tricky situations and provide proper guidelines. They probably were skilled in their work, but they did not have proper experience with hiring.

HR interview followed by technical interview. The technical interview covered tools never mentioned in my CV and was a waste of time for both of us. Not even a feedback email to inform me about rejection after 2 interviews.
