Application online, correspondence with the talent acquisition department, typing test and multiple choice quiz. Once you complete these steps and they decide you're qualified they will send an email for you to pick a time for the interview. One virtual interview was all they asked for before they make decisions.
They have a system they go by- on how to conduct interviews. Its not as simple but not hard to complete. They want you to give examples and scenarios. My interviewer did not go off script.
Interviews are opportunities to highlight strengths, communicate value, and build real connection. Preparing strong examples shows confidence. Listen actively, ask clear questions, and express genuine interest. Each interview provides insight, practice, and growth toward the ideal role that aligns with your goals.
