It was a phone call the questions were asked and answers are told they were looking for senior most persons and i am mid level senior candidate so it was tough to answers.

technical questions and some behavioral questions that was very easy.Be articulate in explaining packaging design,materials and design verification process and packaging test methods. I received an offer in a bout a week and there was room for negotiation on the salary. Overall experience was great!
