Good, although the person taking the interview seemed aloof and didnt give me a good first impression of the company. Took about 45 minutes. Company seems very corporate although not surprising for a US HQ business of that size.
They empower leaders so hiring managers to take the lead. Competency based questions are asked and also the Medtronic mindset is tested. It is not a complex interview structure. Usually first the recruiter interviews and then the hiring manager and if needed the one-above manager.

I was Interviewed by 3 HR Employees on zoom, I was my first ever interview, I told them this and they were very friendly & really put me at ease. Interview lasted around 30 minutes.
