I applied online via the website and received a mail to attend an interview in Galway. The interview was pretty good and I felt very comfortable. They only asked everything from my CV, specifically the projects. I received a mail 3 days later to travel to Galway again to take a psychometric test. Consisted of very simple basic numerical and verbal questions followed by personality test. My initial impression was that I will definitely receive an offer since I had already cleared the interview. I didn't hear from them for 2 months. I had sent out 4 emails and got responses only twice saying that the psychologist who needs to assess the test is on an annual leave. After 2 months, they sent out a reject.

Went in for a 1:1 with the Technical Manager and HR in the first week. The next week was invited for a psychometric test with a Occupational Psychologist. The test had like a IQ, Critical Thinking and Personality profile rounds.
