Entrevista
I applied online via the Medtronic website and received a response immediately for a phone interview. While the phone interview lasted about 40 minutes and went quite well I did not get brought in to the face to face round. The recruiter I spoke with was very enthused and told me she would like to bring me in but had to check with the hiring manager first and then I didnt hear anything for weeks. I sent a follow up email a week after the phone interview to check on the status and received no response. Finally 3 weeks later I received an automated message thanking me for my interest but they had filled the position.

There weren't many difficult questions but it was rather open ended. She was mostly curious to have me explain my experience and how it applied to the position.
