Initial interview occurred with a senior manager, this was followed by a second interview with someone in HR. The third and final interview was with a manager at the office I was being considered for. The interview questions were pretty typically. Discussed my research and professional background, etc.

Describe an example in your in your professional career when there was a disagreement. What was the disagreement and describe in detail how you handled the situation?
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

Entrevista
A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
