Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Medpace (Dallas, TX)
Entrevista
Total process took 2 months. 3 weeks after applying on the website, I received an email to set up virtual interview. This interview was more about character and getting to know you. The same day I was notified about setting up a virtual interview with someone in OH. 2 weeks later I had the virtual interview and the questions were more in depth. I was asked to describe what a CRA did, etc. Told them about my background. A week later someone from HR contacted me to schedule another interview in person. I arrived at the Dallas location and interviewed with one person virtually and two people face to face at the same time. Both interviews were pleasant and took about thirty minutes each. After interviewing, I was asked to do a writing exercise that asked me to describe a CRA's role. A week later I was contacted about the position as verbally given an offer. After the offer was made, I received an email with the non-compete agreement, benefits package, etc. The offer that was given was right on target for average pay for a CRA.

Tell me about yourself. What are your strengths/weaknesses. What do you think will be your greatest challenge? Typical interview questions.
Short, 3 interviews total. Phone, big interview, then a final call. They were very prompt with scheduling and letting me know where I stand in the process. Good interview process.

A 30 minute virtual interview. Was pretty standard. They asked what my background was, why I wanted to work for them, and my career goals. It was more of a one-one chat to see if I was a good fit. I thought it went quite well but I didn't hear back from them.
HR was on leave so the department head interviewed me directly, it was over an hour a bit exhausting though. During the interview she asked whether I have some clinical trial hands on experiences which was negative as I’m the fresh Graduate
