Three step process. Very efficient. They wanted to get to know me beyond my resume. First step was a recruiter call to screen, then a tandem phone interview with the VP of recruiting in your region, then an interview person office interview.

First round with corporate recruiter(not bad pretty easy) Second Interview is a 2 hour phone call with two people and they ask you a lot of questions in this two hours and really dive deep into your responses.
