Talked to the recruiter on the phone. He asked what I was looking for and we discussed how I would fit in. He set up a "technical" interview with a VP. The interview went well, but wasn't very technical. He said he would set up more interviews with some of the team. Then I never heard back from. Even emails trying to find out what happened were never returned. I understand a company not wanting to hire you, or even continue the interview process. But if they specifically say that they are going to continue the interview process, and then never contact you again, there's something wrong. Very unprofessional. I think I probably dodged a bullet.
