Simple and straightforward
More advance notice of hiring would have been desirable

There could have been a little more time allowed to familiarize oneself with the payroll company website

It was straight forward. I submitted my bachelor's degree (required) to be verified and took 2 short tests. One was a writing sample, and the other was a math test with about 5 questions.

No interview the process was very easy. Once you apply you usually hear back during peak season during April through June. Pay is good and flexible. If you have a bachelors degree, apply

Entrevista
There was no in-person interview process. You just have to fill out an application and send proof of Bachelor’s degree. Everything is online. Once you pass through that, you just have to fill out and sign some paperwork, and wait to be contacted to train and be added to a project.
