Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en McMaster-Carr en nov 2009
Entrevista
They didn't tell me what position I was interviewing for until I got there. Then they did various one-on-one interviews throughout the day. They took me on a walking tour of their facilities and interviewed me along the way. Everybody was very nice, but I was more interested in an engineering type position.

In simple terms, how does a plane stay in the air?
Lots of rounds of interviews then ghosted at the very end in person interview. Pretty normal questions but very repetitive. Flew me out for the final interview and took me to lunch which was nice
