      Entrevista

I was first contacted out of the blue by a representative in HR who like my resume. After a five minute phone screen, we set up a 30 minute interview for the next day. The interview was completely walk me through your resume. The next day, I received an email asking if I would be interested in flying up for an on site interview. After agreeing, I was then given the choice of which location to go to. I will leave the location I chose unnamed. A week later I was flown to the site city and put up at an ultra-luxurious hotel and driven around in a Lincoln Town Car. The interviews on site began around 9. After arriving and filling out paper work, I was given a tour of the facility and told to ask questions. The tour guide was very smart and very nice. I then chatted with the tour guide and began a series of about 6 interviews, including an informal lunch with an employee. Questions were generally behavioral/resume based, with the occasional question about what I saw in the facility--nothing too challenging though. I was interviewing as an Undergrad, and felt like most if not all of the management/management trainee team had previous experience, so I thought it was a little weird they were looking at me. It's kind of a weird company. You could end up managing warehouse employees, managing phone bank employees, or manning the phones for customers if you are part of this program. That being said, I got the sense that this company is full of smart people, makes a ton of money, and compensates their employees VERY well. They will pay for your MBA if you go part time, and maybe even if you go full time and come back--not sure. Walking out of the office, I got the sense that I wouldn't get an offer. The fit didn't really seem there. Not that I interviewed poorly, I think there was just a mutual understanding that our long term goals just didn't line up. Sure enough, about a week later, I got a letter in the mail with a rejection. My $.02 on this company are that if you are interested in a management/strategy role, fresh out of college, definitely take a look. It may be for you.

      Pregunta 1

I was asked why the firm doesn't put brand names on products on its website/catalog.

The interview process was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. I really appreciated that the discussions were fully behavioral, allowing me to naturally draw on my past experiences. Furthermore, the company truly goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP throughout the entire visit, covering a remarkably nice hotel stay and providing a generous stipend to ensure you are completely comfortable.

One behavioral interview with a recruiter and then a day-long onsite interview at the Elmhurst IL location. Superday has two behavioral interviews, walkarounds and more but feels like you're being observed everyday.
