Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume online. She told me about the merchandising coordinator position which she thought I would be good for. After our initial phone conversation I had a phone interview. Then I was invited for an in person interview. I spent half an hour filling out an application and then talked to several different interviewers. Nothing too hard, we really just discussed my background and resume.

Interview process was quick and fairly painless. I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume on Indeed. A week after our phone screener I was invited for an on-site interview and about 3 business days after, they made the final decision. Although I didn't get an offer I appreciate how well run the process was. During the two hour on-site interview they managed to squeeze in a building tour, plant tour, second interview with HR, interview with the hiring manager, and a briefing with someone already in the role on what to expect.

I was recruited online and offered an initial phone call screening. We set up an interview time for later that same week, and I heard back from them less than a week after the interview.

Pregunta 1
They asked if I had looked at the company website. Most of the phone call consisted of them providing me with a more detailed explanation of the job, and answering my questions. I was also asked a few questions about my resume, including explaining how I had started some of my jobs.

Came in and was given a tour of the warehouse. Spoke to four employees over the course of three hours, in addition to a former merchandising coordinator who was able to give me a better idea of what the position entailed. Was asked about my education and work history--pretty standard stuff.
