In person with the Department lead. They should have done a phone screen. I was missing qualifications I was unaware of. The Interviewer was one of the most foul and insincere people I have ever met with. It was a really negative experience. Once she didn't need anything from me, it was a bad experience. I felt lucky that it didn't work out. Absolutely awful. It was a waste of time.
