Was first reached out to by a recruiter. I then had 3 face to face interviews...my direct manager, one of the clinical sales representatives, and the region director. There were 6 people that initially interviewed but I was the only candidate that got moved forward to the second and third round. The interview process was pretty smooth however the only negative was the time in between interviews and getting the offer and everything completed.
