Great company and the interview process was a fair process. They have a real family feel to the company when I interviewed. That was one thing I was looking for in any interview.

It started with an online application, after which I was asked by the recruiter to fill out a full application. While I didn’t mind completing the additional steps, I would have preferred to speak with the recruiter first, as there wasn’t much information provided about the company or the role beforehand. This would have helped set clearer expectations and provided a better understanding of what I was applying for. The next step was an interview with the hiring manager, which was a positive experience overall. The hiring manager was very nice and engaging, and we had great conversations about the role and the company. He asked thoughtful questions about why I believed I was a good fit for the position and what relevant experience I could bring to the team. I felt completely comfortable during the interview and was able to gather the information I needed to confirm that this role aligned with my interests and skills. Unfortunately, after the interview ended, I realized that I had been rejected during the middle of the interview without any feedback or explanation. This discovery was both confusing and disappointing. I reached out to clarify whether this might have been a mistake but received no response. The lack of communication and clarity around the rejection felt highly unprofessional and would have completely ruined the interview experience had I noticed it during the meeting.
