I applied online. Instantly was contacted for phone screen. Very comfortable experience. Got the comfort to choose the date and time for the on site interview as per my schedule. The onsite interview was more like a discussion. I could see that the company made extra efforts to care for the candidate as well as the clients which totally aligned with my perspective as a recruiter.
