Good phone interview with recruiter, 2 inperson interviews. The phone interview was about 30 minutes. The first in person interview was approximately 1 hour. The second in person interview was 2 hours with Executive. Both interviews were very extensive in describing the requirements of the job and the working environment and expectations of the job and the client.

The interview process took over a month to complete. I filled out the application online, and about three weeks later, I was contacted by someone from Human Resources. We discussed the position and some of the high-level details. Then another two weeks passed before they reached out again to set up the first interview. The second interview was with three of directors from different programs that I would be working with, and the final interview was with the managing director of the Federal education program.

2 seperate interview stages. Each interview with a different manager. It was fairly straight forward and I was also able to get a good insight regarding expectations and company culture.

Applied online and it took several weeks to hear back, After that, typical recruiter interview followed by hiring manager, and then a panel interview with cross-functional partners I'd work with. It took about 5 weeks.
