Was a three-part process where there were two initial phone screens with their corporate HR, and was then forwarded to their cloud infrastructure team. Was asked about previous experience with AWS and Cloud Infrastructure, and to describe my current position. After this interview, received positive feedback shortly afterwards. Was not given any impression that they were not interested, and the team seemed to respond positively during the interview. From here, the process basically fell apart. Waited several weeks to receive a response after that, and had to follow up with the corporate recruiter repeatedly to not receive an answer. Finally, had to e-mail her supervisor after asking repeatedly for next steps or further feedback for over two weeks. The next week, received an e-mail and voicemail that the company was moving on with another candidate. Zero feedback was actually given, just "we're moving on with someone else". Would not encourage people to apply here unless they enjoy having their time wasted and having to follow up with them repeatedly. They did not seem to respect my time and took way too long to provide a response without any rationale.
