Initial telephone screeening with recruitment agency to see if general experience and skill match the criteria of the job required. Online personality test giving “most likely” and “least likely” answers to a series of scenarios, then a 35 minute online case scenario requiring a holistic approach whilst answering the 7 questions. Both need to be passed well (need to score more than 80% as a physio applying) to be invited for a face to face interview. Interview in a regional “hub” but Skype interview was offered if nearest location was too far to travel. Actual interview was an hour and a half long, competency based to demonstrate clinical skills and knowledge based on actual experience and ability to reflect and learn (CPD anyway). Interviewers were lovely, one clinical and one manager, very friendly but realistic as to the demands of the role. A very positive experience, but you do need to really prepare and do background reasearch around the role and the company.
