The interviewer was very professional and approachable. All questions asked were regarding customer service experience and scenarios. Some were regarding the ability to utilize multiple programs in order to multi task a call.

Pretty straight forward. First they had a little presentation set up. Was a group with 3 recruiters. After the presentation you have a one on one interview with one of the recruiters. They asked 6 questions, 3 behavioral questions and 3 tech questions.
