Agency will screen you first then Maximus will set up an interview with you in the call center. You can be interviewed by a GM or a supervisor. Then they say they will get back to you and it may take up to a month to hear back from them. Very long time to wait before you can start working.

The actual interview process was short; hiwever, it was a tempt-hire job so part of my "interview" was successfully working for about 6 months. Then they asked me if I was interested in a permanent posisiton.

Entrevista
The interview process with Maximus was informal; you get the job on the spot. The interview was held virtually but you can also go in person where you fill out paperwork, take a small comprehensive test, and then pick your schedule and they tell you the start date.
