The interview process initiated with the self introduction and extended little technical on patents. The technically updated or ready to update mindset of the candidate is observed and the organization looks for candidates who could sustain there for minimum of 2 years. The overall interview lasted up to 30 minutes.
If have applied any patent, what is procedure followed? Could you explain the origination of idea to the development of system (or) process on which the patent is applied?
