I applied for MavenHive's campus hiring process. Needless to say, I wish I hadn't. The entire process was terribly organised and full of glitches. We were asked to assemble at a college in Bangalore. The first round was a technical objective question. Accessing the portal was a pain as it kept getting overloaded. Once we started the test, some of the questions took an eternity to appear, and the test finished before the time was completed! Most people who gave the test couldn't even solve half the questions because of this. The team from MavenHive took it's own sweet time to declare the results of this round. The shortlisted candidates then had to give an offline coding test, the assessment of which I felt was very primitive. It appeared as if there was a heavy bias towards candidates from the host college. The overall experience was an extremely negative one.
