I applied several times at Maurices and about three weeks after my last application, I got a call to come in for a personality test which I took in store. I didnt recieve a phone call so two weeks later I came in to see if they were still hiring. The manager was busy so I left. I came in again a few days later and that night I got a call for an interview the next day. I went in and I was given an overview of how the interview would work. The manager described her experience with the company then asked me a series of questions. After, she told me about the work enviorment.

Very thorough, some questions seemed irrelevant to the job itself but other the interviewer was very kind. Only took about twenty minutes but there were many questions. Did not get hired on.

Applied in June/July, got called in August for an interview. Interview consisted of the hiring manager, myself, and two other applicants at the same time. We did round robin style responses to the questions.

First, you apply online. After taking a personality quiz online, you come in for in interview. My interview lasted 1.5 hours. It was really long! Especially because I had somewhere to be. But the questions were relavent and I really enjoyed talking with the manager
