I applied Online, had screening call with recruiter. Very cordial and he explained role well. After successful screening he initiated process to setup Interview with hiring manager. From here it takes downward spiral. Recruiter had to update me twice saying Hiring manager is not confirming his availability. Then he sends me tentative schedule. Finally day before interview Hiring manager confirms his availability. He joins call late, with other two members of his team. He asks me only one question to describe job requirement. Which I explained well. He then asks his team members if they had any questions for me. One of them declines repeatedly, kept on saying no questions. One of them asked very basic question, not related to Job or my experience at all. That was it. Interview ended. One hour scheduled interview was ended in about 20 minutes Couple of days after Recruiter emailed me with update that they moved forward with another candidate. Very rude and unprofessional Interview by Hiring manager.
