Entrevista
I applied online, and after 4days I got an email asked me to take a video interview. Before the interview you can practice two questions. Then begin.
Only five questions, which you can find out from glassdoor. Each question, you can hear and see, and there are 20s to think, then 2min to answer.

2. What about your experiences makes you fit for this position?
3. Give an example how you tackled with multiple responsibilities?
4. Eligible to work in US without restrictions? Need sponsorship now or in the future? On a student visa now? When will the OPT start?
5. What is your cumulative GPA?
There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.

Asked me to write a prototype for a simple algorithm in any programming language
1) HR interview : discussion about candidate profile (studies, former experiences, hobbies and expectations) and presentation of the company. 2) Technical interview: questions about MATLAB and control design automation. Choose among 3 topic : Maths/Deployment/Control Automation 3) manager interview
