first I got a call from one of the recruiting representatives of Mathworks. She asked me very basic behavioral Questions such as when are you graduating, what are your interests, what are your projects, what do you do in spare time etc...Then a telephonic technical interview was scheduled and was given 15 days for preparation. She sent me a list of topics that I had to prepare for intrvw. It consisted of Signal Processing(FFT,Z-transform,ROC, DFT,Stability), C or C++, programming Concepts, MATLAB, Mathematics. The intrvw was real easy and I was able to answer atleast 80% of them right. Unfortunately I dint hear from them back.

There were three phases for recruiting procedures. The first stage was a brief and relaxing conversation, the second stage was about technical things and hiring manager asked several questions in the third stage.
