After two rounds of Technical Interviews, HR scheduled one last Technical round which she said is for only deciding which Designation Level (L1/L2) offer needs to be given. But, after this round of Interview, she sends an email that I won't fit into the requirement and role they are looking. This unprofessional behavior is completely unaccepatable. One need to think twice before applying to such organization. I am not sure if this is common practice or not, But this is my interview experience.
