The interview process with Material was really enjoyable. The people at Material are really great and each interview felt more like a conversation than your typical Q&A. I had five interview including an in-person lunch. I was able to learn a lot about the organization and felt comfortable talking about my experience and asking questions. The recruiter I worked with was highly communicative and I moved from interview to interview very quickly.
