There were a total of 4 rounds, including screening. All interviews were from 45 mins to 1 hour. Mostly technical + behavioural based questions. No design questions. Different team members met at different time. The whole process took around 2 months of time.
The team was really nice so was the HR recruiter , but then after 4 rounds then suddenly started ghosting. It takes enromus amount of time to prepare and attend these many interviews, atleast a simple reply back on the result would be so much better than simply ghosting.
Sad to see it happen in a company like Mastercard where culture is highly spoken about.
