First, there was a Telephone interview to describe the role and try to gauge candidate fit. Second, there were assessment tests - Verbal, Quantitative and Logic (a little less difficult than SHL). Third, there is an HR interview, Fourth, a Hiring manager interview & Lastly, a Senior manager interview.

The Interview is consisting of two rounds of technical questions asking about our projects and skills. If selected then we move to the HR round. But once again same as intern interview, no proper communication between the rounds. I had to wait for 3 hours in the meeting after completing my second round just to know that I'm rejected.
