Hiring is a drawn out process, with significant time between interviews. All jobs are posted on the external website, but sometimes front runners can be chosen in parallel. The process is traditional, with HR screening at the beginning and end, with department management and colleagues in the middle. I had a HR interview, followed by my manager, and then 4 more departmental interviews (colleagues, and my manager's manager). These three rounds can take months to complete, although the departmental interviews are often combined in 1-2 days. Questions are typical as employees are given a guide. This guide need not be followed specifically, so expect that both typical and atypical questions are possible.

Although not unexpected, the company is looking for employees who embody the company's core values, i.e. trust, agility and questions will reflect this. Innovation and creativity are key, especially in recent years, and showing examples of how the candidate has done similar roles in the past will be expected.

Ghosted!!!
Internal recruiter called me about a position. We had a lovely conversation. She arranged for me to have a phone call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager never called. I followed up, and a day later they told me they were moving the job to a different location.
