I was scheduled an initial video call, but the software that was used for the video call (I think it was skype business) had so many technical problems that made me extremely tense and delayed the interview by at least 15 minutes that we ran out of time. Even the interviewers weren't satisfied by the quality of the software. I received a rejection a few weeks later from a no-reply address, which I thought was pretty inconsiderate.

The process was super unorganized and took a lot of time. They did not inform at the beginning how it will be handled and took a lot of time to answer back.

En general el proceso es sencillo, son dos entrevista una con recursos humanos, con la finalidad de conocer un poquito sobre tu experiencia laboral e introducirte al rol. La segunda, seria directamente con tu Line Manager completamente en ingles. El feedback es completamente escaso.
