Passed the recruiter screening and was scheduled to be interviewed by the Hiring Manager later that week. I was impressed by the timely communication. The following week, I met with two members of the team for the second round, and the week after that was the final round with a senior leader of the team. I was told I would have an update in two weeks. Two weeks passed, and I reached out to the recruiter but didn't get a response. Two more follow-ups over two weeks, and still didn't get a response. This role was my first choice, so it was especially hard to get ghosted after the final round.

I applied online through the careers site, then received a recruiter screening call, then had a video interview with hiring manager. I did not make it to the next step after that.
