Ouch! I want to make the excuse that the HR Leadership was away in China during this time period but that is no excuse. Hopefully, we are now fully following our rigorous standards and values. If you see the former comment it looks like this has improved but we are going to make this an even better process and experience in 2018. Thank you for the honest feedback.
