The interview process usually includes a short interview with the current research coordinator. Then if it goes well, they will schedule and interview with the principal investigator of the lab. The questions usually pertain to past experience and future goals.

Had two interviews. First was with other CRCs working in the lab; the second was with the PI of the lab. Both consisted of structured interviews with fairly standard interview questions followed by allotted time to ask questions.

Initial 30-minute video call with clinical research coordinators, standard behavioral interview questions. Second-round with program managers/director, also a 30-minute video call, with more behavioral interview questions, more focused on my specific background and how my skills can transfer to the jmob

I had one round of interview with CRCs, then a second round of interview with the lab PIs. Interviewed remotely on Zoom, each interview was around 30 minutes and some time to ask questions at the end.
