Went in and met with recruiting director who told me about the job and pay structure. was sent a personality test to take online which basically evaluated if you were a good fit for a sales job. Got called in for a second interview with a senior person who spoke more in depth about the job and about selling insurance. they wanted me to complete a spreadsheet about potential leads for myself based on my network and ask people what they thought about financial advisors/insurance sales. Said I would be back for a 3rd interview the following week which we set up at the 2nd interview.

4 rounds, not really intensive. My firm was basically looking to see if I would mesh well within their own culture, not really anything to do with the industry or in depth technical aptitude

Easy 15 minute chat, then to managers for 45 minutes to find more out about role. Asked standard common questions. Also asked industry financial planning and advising questions. A little bit of sales talk considering you're expanding your own brand.

Phone call, zoom, in person then an offer. Pretty easy and straightforward. Couple steps then you'll get an offer or they will move forward with someone else. Took about 3-4 weeks in total.
