Entrevista
I actually interviewed for them twice at two separate locations. The first time I was a freshman who knew nothing (it was my first intern interview). Needless to say I didn’t do so hot. The interview itself was fairly easy though - resume, behavioral, etc. The second time I never applied or had an interview, instead they told me to come into the office for a 2 day long training session. There they teach you about the basics of what your position entails. Based on whether you grasp the concepts and your interest/suitability for the position you get an offer. You also get to learn quite a bit about the company culture based off of their responses to the questions you may have - and to be quite honest, it left me with a negative impression on the company. Disclaimer: the second time I was interviewed was unconventional and I’m not sure if that’s consistent with other locations.

Entrevista
The interview went on for whole day but only for 3 rounds and you wouldn’t get selected only the employees referrals will work. I regret waiting from morning to evening literally 9 hours without any food.
3 rounds
1st round group discussion for 20 members and pick 8 to 10 among them
2nd round technical interview

GD - speak about gender inequality in present society.
Simple questions , fast process , but nothing impressive
Would not go again. Want to hire sales instead of intern, very bad experience, not recommending any fresh graduates going into it
