Mostly qualitative questions about motives behind applying for a job in non-profit institutional investment. Questions also ask to demonstrate understanding of difference between institutional investing and investment management. Will ask about willingness to work in-person or hybrid, as they seem to be trying to shift from remote working.
Behavioral Interview with four to five current employees including managers and future peers
Asked questions about past experience and allowed time for me to ask questions about expectations and future role at the company
Everyone was very friendly and comforting
