the whole process went ok, I was told to give a presentation in front of the whole team about a project I have been involving previously. Then I met with 4 people with totally different interviewing styles. Overall is fine, except for the VP was keeping staring his watch, which is not very respectful

3 rounds on Teams and then a 3 hours onsite with 3 senior leaders. Questions were pretty standard about views on planning and supply chain. Seemed light on specifics but they have a clear process that they want followed.

first got e-mail from recruiter and confirmed the phone call interview. Then at the right time, no one called and I called back, she told me that she was in the middle of something and rescheduled the call to another time. Which was fine and finally we talked and passed along to the hiring manager side. Then asked me to provide several time slots and back and forth change for couple of days and figure out a time at 5pm in the afternoon. The hiring manager called late like 8 mins. She is very pushy and interrupted me twice after no more than 10 mins talk. Then she just cut me off the 2nd time and told me I was not a fit. I would like to say that is very unprofessional hiring process which I have ever met. It just waste of time to talk to those people.
