first was contact by a recruiter who spoke with me, then completed ghosted me. I then applied on my own (lol) and got a 30 min phone call then 2 and a half hour interview during which both interviewers wouldn't even keep their heads up, seemed like they both had better places to be.... sent an email next day being rejected due to lack of knowledge of a trivial topic. asked hard brain teasers, first one I got right even though they "weren't looking for the right answer", second i almost got but had the general idea right.

What is the likelyhood of rolling a 6 in 10 rolls given a 6 sided die? How many times does the digit 9 occur when counting 1 to 1000? How would you implement a "deck of cards"? How to check in sql if table exists?

Easy and quick. CV, HR call and then offer for insight day but I didn't get through because I didn't have enough quant knowledge or experience. They prefer people with tech, physics and maths degree which I had but wasn't focused on quant.

Was pretty relaxed. Basic questions about yourself, CV and background followed by questions finding more about how you operate on problems. Ended with any questions I wanted to know about the company or role.
